May Wrap Up and June TBR

It’s amazing to think that we are into June now and I’m actually sat here in disbelief. How is it possible to be nearly half way through another year? This sort of stresses me out as I am nowhere near my reading challenge on goodreads and I really need to up the pace but I’m hoping there will come a time this year when it’s less stressful and I will have more time to read.

Anyway onto wrapping up the month of May, I’m a little late on my wrap up as I was away over the weekend and couldn’t update. However I’m happy to say I have read four books this month, not as many as I wanted to read but still a great number to get me back into the reading world after my slump. Below are the books I have read and if you click on the titles or covers you can check out my review.

Saga Volume 1 – Brian K Vaughan and Fiona Staples

Where She Went – Gayle Forman

8492825 (2)

Persepolis 1 – Marjane Satrapi

Love Letters to the Dead – Ava Dellaira

Now onto my chosen books for June which still gives me goose-bumps by how quickly it’s crept up. So far I have started reading The Summer I Turned Pretty by Jenny Han so I’m hoping to finish it this month and start into a few others. Below are a few of the books I hope to read this month, click on the title or cover for more information.

The Summer I Turned Pretty – Jenny Han

Always the Bridesmaid – Lindsey Kelk

The Perks of Being A Wallflower – Stephen Chbosky

Ready Player One – Ernest Cline

I have only picked four books as I know I have a lot of work to do this month but hopefully I will read a few more. If you have read any of these books or could recommend a book to read, why not leave a comment. I love hearing from fellow readers!

Good Luck with reading in June and I hope you hit your reading goals!
