It’s that time again when we bid farewell to February and welcome the month of March. I always feel like February slips through my hands and yet January won’t go but we now firmly have our feet into 2018 and despite February’s brief visit in the New Year I have managed to speed through and read 20 books. Below are the 6 books I read in February and reviews are on the way so be sure to check them out in the coming days.
Caraval – Stephanie Garber
Red Queen – Victoria Aveyard
The Diviners – Libba Bray
I Like It Like That (Gossip Girl #5 ) – Cecily Von Ziegesar
Ballet Shoes – Noel Streatfeild
The Dazzling Heights – Katherine McGee
Despite working quite a bit this month I managed to read 6 books of my TBR shelf, all of which I thoroughly enjoyed but already I am excited to start a new month of reading. I always look to the start of the month like a clean slate and enjoy picking books out for the weeks to come.
During March there are a few books I want to pick up and I just realised a few days ago that I haven’t finished The Selection series. I own The One by Kiera Cass but have never read it and I can remember being obsessed with these books so I really want to delve back in and see how it ends.
I am also still rereading the Harry Potter series and I am really enjoying visiting Hogwarts once again. There is something about reading the Harry Potter books that is so comforting, I just wish I could read them for the first time again. I am already on the 4th book, Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire and hoping to finish it this month and even start Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix.
Finally my guilty confession that I have never read the Twilight series by Stephanie Meyer has caught up with me and despite having read the first book during the 24in48 Readathon in January I am hoping to continue the series. During March I want to pick up New Moon, the second book in the series however I have seen the movies except for the last one so I am really looking forward to getting to Breaking Dawn and following the plot as it unfolds in the pages.
Happy reading!
